Are you looking for an opportunity to use your learning design skills in an innovative space? We're hiring an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) designer to join our rapidly growing team and help us build the future of financial services.
As a member of the Enterprise Services Talent & Learning team, you’ll be aligned to the Fidelity Digital Assets organization. At Fidelity Digital Assets, we provide custody and execution services for digital assets, like Bitcoin. You’ll use your expertise in L&D to support onboarding, upskilling, and product education for associates in client services, operations, and all other roles. As part of our startup culture, you’ll collaborate with business leaders and other L&D associates on fast-paced, innovative projects.
Safety is our top priority. Once we can be together in person with fewer safety measures, this role will follow our dynamic working approach. You’ll be spending some of your time onsite depending on the nature and needs of your role.
